BMP: Any grain that exceeds 20 ppb aflatoxin and 5 ppm fumonsin must be labeled. The individual distributing grains must be licensed with the Office of the Texas State Chemist and records of aflatoxin containing products must be maintained unless exempt as defined in Feed Industry Memorandum 5-12 and 5-17.
